The Problem

After a free roof inspection, we determined the roof decking was within Mamaroneck’s building code. We removed two layers of old asphalt roofing shingles, inspected the existing sheeting, and designed and installed the new underlayment. We also installed GAF Timberline HDZ asphalt shingles and accessories and new flashing on the chimney. These shingles are tested to withstand strong hail stones and have shown an increase in durability compared to other types of shingles.
